Shipping within the United States:

All Facify Beauty Wands shipping within the US will ship at a UPS standard rate. Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 1 business day. Please allow 3 to 5 business days, depending on location, for your order to arrive. You can always check the status of your order by checking the tracking number provided.

International Shipping: 

Facify does ship internationally! Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number for your international order. Please be aware that orders made outside the USA may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches its designated country. Facify Beauty has no control over these charges, you (the customer) must bear the cost of any additional import taxes and duty fees. Facify Beauty is not responsible for any lost packages once the order has shipped.

RETURNS

All returned Facify Beauty Wands must be unused and in the original packaging. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your Facify Beauty Wand for a full refund. If the protective wrap has been removed from your Facify Wand, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your return. Please include your number and date purchased in your email and the reason for your return to email support@facifybeauty.com We do not include a return label if the package has been opened. If you're having technical issues with your Facify Beauty Wand, please get in touch with us at support@facifybeauty.com - as soon as possible so we can take care of the problem.
