Refund policy

We know you're going to love your Facify Beauty Wand, but just in case...

All returned Facify Beauty Wands must be unused and in the original packaging. All returns must be made within 7-days of receiving your Facify Beauty Wand for. We cannot accept a return if the protective wrap has been removed or if your Facify beauty Wand has been used. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping to send product back to us, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A 25% restocking fee will be applied once we receive your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
